I'm a huge nerd and an animal lover. I train and compete with dogs as my day job, and am blessed/cursed with an obsessive personality and mad literary analysis skills. I have a soft spot for classic Bollywood (although I love the modern stuff, too!) and I'm learning Hindi for fun in my spare time. What more do you want to know?

Favorite Color: Blue

Favorite Actor: I know it's cliche, but I love Amitabh. No one can top Big B.

Favorite Song:  Oh, so many to choose from! On the classic Bollywood side, I always come back to "Dil Tera Hai." More modern songs that I've been diggin' on lately: "Chup Chup Ke," "Dhoom Again," "Chori Chori Chupke Chupke," "Kajra Re," and "Rang Rang Mein."

First Bollywood:  I've been fascinated with India and Indian culture since I was a teenager, but never watched any Bollywood until just a couple years ago.  On a whim, I ventured into the Bollywood section of Hulu and found Aap Ki Khatir. It's no cinematic masterpiece, but it hooked me in and I've never looked back!

Current favorite movie: Bunty aur Babli is always a good time. The Dhoom films are a close second, though. My favorite classic movie so far is Zanjeer.

Best dancer: I have to agree with SprinklerBandit... Hrithik Roshan.

Other hobbies: Training and competing with my Border Collies, reading, writing, watching TV/movies, spending too much time on Tumblr and Youtube.

Worst grammar habit:  I use way too many ellipses... who knows why.
